Ist Hunt layout

I was blog surfing tonight when I came across a layout that I absolutely just loved. I knew I would have to make it my own. So I went to work with the perfect picture in mind. Only thing is, I haven't ever printed the picture. The layout was made with it in mind, but I don't have it yet. Looks like it's time to get some pictures printed up. Still not through my stack. But I have a lot to scrapbook so I will just have to bite the bullet and get some prints done. It will certainly be a good thing though!

I digress. I found the layout on a blog that I follow called {behind the pages.} The link is http://kellygoree.blogspot.com/ . Thanks Kelly for the inspiration. She has a great eye for design and is an incredible photographer. Hers isn't as cluttered as mine, but I knew mine would have to be junked up a bit to look like me. The layout is actually from the magazine Scrapbook & Cards Today. It's in the Spring 2010 Issue 17. If you go to Kelly's blog, you can download the issue for free. It's got some really fun stuff in it! I've added her blog to my list of favorites, so you can always get to it from here.

Last year was Peyton's second Easter but her first East egg hunt. She wasn't quite getting what was going on, but by watching her cousins durring the egg hunt. It's going to be a cold wet Easter this year, but I can't wait to see her get into the whole thing this year. It will be a lot of fun! Two egg hunts and a birthday party for a cousin are what we have planned for the weekend. Perfect holiday plans, if you ask me.
